MOTHEROTHER is offering support for artists designed with the needs of artist parents and carers in mind. We will endeavour to meet the needs of participating artist in order that they have the time and space to develop their creative practice whilst balancing their caring responsibilities.

The 2027-2028 Artist Support Programme will include peer learning, coaching and intensive development days, and will sit alongside our social sessions to create a supportive networked structure to help artist parents and carers to engage with, develop and sustain their creative practices.

Our first artist intensive professional development day will be held at The NewBridge Project on Tuesday 23rd February 2027. This will be followed by sessions at:

Culture House, Sunderland in November 2027

The Auxiliary Project Space, Middlesbrough in February 2028
