Alia Gargum

What I remember about Libya, 2026

Public Sculpture

The Auxiliary Garden

Alia Gargum returned to MOTHEROTHER for the relaunch after having received artist support funding and an exhibition through the project in 2024. It was wonderful to hear her speak about the evolution of her practice and the creation of her first piece of public sculpture. The sculpture, What I remember about Libya, is sited in the garden at The Auxiliary.
